What does it cost to look for a rental?
Nothing. Searching, reading listings and writing to owners is free for renters, and there is no account to make.
What does it cost to list a home?
One flat fee per home, for a set time. The current prices are on the pricing page. There is no commission and no percentage of the rent.
Does a plan renew by itself?
No. We send a reminder before a listing ends. If you want more time, you renew it yourself at the price in effect that day.
When does my time start?
When your listing goes live. Paid time does not run while a new listing is waiting for review.
Why is a new listing reviewed?
A person at Rent Me Fast reads every new listing before it first appears. After that, your edits go live right away and we get a notice of the change.
Is there a discount for several homes?
Yes. From your sixth listing onward, a 10 percent discount is taken off automatically at checkout, on any plan. There is no code to enter.
Do you collect rent or handle bookings?
No. Rent Me Fast is advertising only. Leases, deposits, rent and repairs stay between the owner and the renter.
Can I see my renters' messages on the site?
Yes. Each message is e-mailed to you and kept in your owner portal. Renters do not see your e-mail address until you reply.
Do you check the homes or the owners?
We read each new listing, but we do not visit homes, confirm who owns them or screen renters. Please read our page on renting safely.
