Rent Me Fast

Rent Me Fast

Owner agreement

Version 2026-11-04. You accept this agreement when you create an owner account. Rent Me Fast is operated by One Stop Enterprises, LLC of Springboro, Ohio (we, us).

1. What you are buying

We sell advertising space. A plan pays for one home to appear on the site for the plan’s stated time. We are not your agent, broker or property manager. We do not collect rent or deposits, write or sign leases, screen tenants, schedule showings or promise that a home will rent.

2. What you promise

3. Review

We read each new listing before it first appears, and we may ask for changes or decline it. After a listing’s first approval, your edits go live right away and we receive a notice of them. Our review does not make us responsible for your listing.

4. Fees and time

Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Paid time starts when a new listing goes live. Renewing a listing that is still live adds time to its end date. Renewal is always your choice and is charged at the price in effect on the day you renew. Plans do not renew by themselves. From your sixth listing onward, the discount shown at checkout applies automatically.

5. Refunds

If we decline a new listing before it goes live, we refund its fee. Once a listing has gone live, its fee is not refunded, including if the home rents early or you end the listing early, unless the law requires otherwise. Marking a home as rented does not extend its time.

6. Removal

We may suspend or remove a listing or account, without a refund, if we reasonably believe it breaks this agreement, misleads renters, or breaks the law.

7. Liability

The site is offered as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the listing involved in the prior 12 months, and we are not responsible for any dealings between you and a renter. You agree to cover claims against us that arise from your listing or your conduct.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update this agreement and will post the new version here. Ohio law governs it.
