If you own a rental, this is a simple way to put it in front of people who are looking.
How it works
- Make a free account. You accept the owner agreement, and that is all it takes.
- Write the listing. Rent, bedrooms, town, what makes the home good to live in, and your photos. Save it and come back as often as you like.
- Choose a plan and pay. See the prices. You pay by card through our secure checkout.
- We read it. A person reviews every new listing once, before it first appears. Your paid time starts when it goes live.
- Renters write to you. Messages come by e-mail and stay in your portal. Your e-mail address is not shown on the listing.
Your own owner portal
- Change the description at any time. Edits go live at once.
- Upload, reorder and remove photos.
- See each home's plan and end date.
- Renew in a few clicks, at that day's price.
- Mark a home rented, and put it back when it comes open again.
What we do not do
We do not collect rent, book showings, screen tenants or write leases. Those stay with you. You are also responsible for following the law where the home is, including fair housing law.
